Firefighter car wash

Firefighters across the country will be trading their hoses for sponges for a charity car wash on Saturday 19 September. Crews from Hamilton Fire Station are fundraising to help Starship fight Mitochondrial disease. The funds raised will go towards providing more training, awareness, and a hope for a cure for children and families living with the effects of Mitochondrial disease. You can bring your car to Mitre 10 Mega The Base, Te Rapa between 10am and 2pm and leave with a sparkling clean vehicle. The cost is a donation amount of your choice, so come on down and support a great cause.
